Vermont Women Unite to Repeal Womens’ Suffrage!

by

Looks like some women have finally caught on to the horror of womens’ suffrage. I smell the beginnings of a Christian movement, here. If so many college-educated women in the most depraved and liberal state this side of California can see the light about the horrendous nature of allowing women to vote, there’s still hope that America can repeal that Amendment, save women from the nightmare of enfranchisement, and restore them to the freedom of the domestic roles for which God intended them.

God bless America, and free our women from the onerous burdens Satanist secularists have imposed on them.

SO many idiots so little time. I can’t decide if it is worse that those college students didn’t know that suffrage means the right to vote or that you used it as a platform to blast “Satanist secularists” which I am sure is anyone that disagrees with your brand of thinking.
    Outstanding

Those women have more brains than you ever will, treefrog. I will pray for you sinning Leftist soul.

You do realize that the video is a joke, right? “Suffrage” sounds a lot like “suffering,” and not one of those girls is the brightest crayon in the box. They don’t even understand the question, much less the implications of their answers. This is poor journalism at its worst (or finest, depending on how you look at it).

  4. Sisyphus Says:

There’s nothing funny about women being deprived of their traditional role as mothers and caregivers, and forced to participate in the masculine bailiwick of American governance. I don’t care what the intent of the video is, that’s a fact.

  5. Some Guy Says:

‘Forced’? Are you ‘forced’ to vote?

  6. Aaliyah Says:

…Not only is this the poorest excuse for ‘journalism’ I’ve ever seen, but as a journalist and an American, this just makes me sick.

I grew up in Saudi Arabia. As a woman, I have no rights there. I could not own property, drive a car, or do many of the things you selfish, self-righteous, blinded idiots can’t bring yourself to appreciate because you take them for granted. How dare you call women’s suffrage ‘horrific’. Do you know what kind of Pandora’s box you’re trying to open? I don’t think you do.

And being Moslem, I do find your remarks to be terribly annoying and insulting. However, I’ll ignore them for the sake of conversation.

You know, not all of us want to marry or even have children. My mother was the sort of woman that wound up ‘pregnant and barefoot in the kitchen’, so to speak, and I wouldn’t wish that sort of lifestyle upon anyone.
Why are you so against the enfranchisement and freedom of women to do what they want? So you can rule over them with an iron fist, much in the same way that men do in my culture? So you can make them live in fear of you, that they have no rights to anything, not even their own bodies? So they’re forced to walk around, with nothing but the whites of their eyes showing from beneath their clothing?

…You’re toeing a slippery slope with your support of this.

May your god show mercy on your soul.

I can only assume this blog is a joke.

Your spelling isn’t bad enough to really be the reactionary you portray yourself to be.

  8. Maddie Says:

This video only shows that far too many young women at the University of Vermont don’t know what the term suffrage means; most of them obviously thought they were discussing women’s “suffering”.

I’m certain that looking back at this footage after being educated on this matter, most of these young ladies would be rather embarrassed. It’s the University however, that really should be embarassed and calls into question both, the qualifications of the student body, and intellectual rigor of undergraduate education at UVM.

Women are not and should never be forced into the domestic roles of raising kids.

Government and politics are not roles of masculinity by any means.

Even so, our sex should never determine our roles in life and it should never deter us from what we want to do or be.

Frankly, I’ve always wanted to be a pilot, a video game programmer, or an artist.

You can’t tell me what I can and can’t be.

yes, women should give up the right to vote and this should be done as soon as ALL men cut off their penis’. Start chopping (use the garbage disposal so you won’t be tempted to re-attach). Let’s get going, insecure men, we’re here to help you with your gender jealously issues by “de-frocking” you so you can be the woman you’ve always wanted to be (mentally ill, that is).

  17. Ethan Says:

Oh, really? And where does the bible say that women shouldn’t be allowed to vote? How is giving women the freedom to vote depriving them of freedom? Is anyone forcing them to vote? How is it “freedom” for a woman to only have the opportunity to be a housewife?

Anyway, you can tell that these girls think that “Suffrage” means something like “suffering.” Try that with women who understand the meaning of the word “suffrage.”

  18. Bill Stewart Says:

One possible solution would be to take away the women’s vote, but eliminate men from running for election. There are plenty of reasonable women, but they can’t be entrusted with the vote. Let the men pick our female leaders.
